Tali Grapes
Tali Grapes provides a wide array of marketing services and production support to its members.
The organization's main emphasis is naturally given to its table Grapes, marketed under the famous and best recognized fruit brand name in Israel: Tali Grapes.
Tali Grapes’ yearly production volume amounts to around 17,000 metric tons of table Grapes, over 3,000 tons of vegetables (mainly Cherry tomatoes on the vine) and a few hundred tons of deciduous fruit.
The increase in table grape production is expected to raise about 4% - 6% yearly, with intent of producing more high-quality Grapes. Achieving this goal requires large investments in both effort and finances. This is accomplished first and foremost by our unique human resources – the growers and the highest possible quality fruit they grow.
Production support includes irrigation, land management, seminars and updates concerning the latest technologies and more. Out of a total cultivated area of over 1,800 hectare, there are about 500 hectare of vineyards, in which the Thompson variety, Superior, Red Globe, Crimson, Autumn Royal and the "Sun World" new varieties are grown.
Besides the vineyards, there are 80 hectare of Flowers, mainly Wax Flowers grown for Export (see www.Taligroup.com), greenhouses and net houses as well as over 1,300 hectare of grain.

Export
Although Tali Grapes is strongly positioned in the Israeli market, we have taken a strategic decision to substantially increase our Export volumes. In pursuing this goal, we reserve the highest quality Grapes for Export. In addition, we offer our clients an exclusive advantage of direct communication with us as Exporters and growers, who have an in-depth knowledge of the costumer’s needs. This enables us to meet the highest standards and quality expectations required by UK Super-Markets, food chains and top quality clients worldwide. We Export about 2,000 tons (210,000 - 9Kg boxes) of our finest table Grapes every season, which continuously gain the highest client satisfaction. We have recently invested in a high standard cooling facility designed specifically for Grapes. Our growers, all of whom are EurepG.A.P. certified and possess other international and national certifications, have also invested in new and well equipped packing facilities.

Environment-Friendliness Commitment & I.P.M
growers at Tali Grapes fertilize their vineyards in response to input analyzed from liquids pumped out of the soil near the vines' roots. The results of these ground tests allow the growers to gain specific information and depending upon them, decide which fertilizers are required and their exact volumes. This prevents excessive use of fertilizers and the potential of soil contamination. The pruned branches and clippings of the vines are mashed and inserted into the ground between the vines. This cancels the need to burn the material that would otherwise cause atmospheric pollution. Environment protection and Integrated Pest Management (I.P.M) is an integral part of our growing protocol and belief. More...
